I too am watching the history of people going through The Covid Epidemic! I was in CA caring for my husband who was in late stage Alzheimer’s! It was all very scary and as I play the cello I practiced a lot! My husband and I had food ordered and delivered and I luckily had help three day a week but it was a very stressful time for everyone! I loved hearing the people sing in NYC and Italy and since I had been in the health field for 28 years, my heart went out to the staff caring for people who were dying with Covid! So your diaries, Nicki are appreciated for how we all survived that terrible time in our lives! I am now back home in Maine living on the coast , playing the cello and painting! Rich made it to 90 and is waiting for me in Heaven.🥰 You are a remarkable lady Niki! You two make a wonderful couple with all your interests and projects and enthusiasm for life! You are inspiring to us all and I so appreciate your efforts to show us how you approach problems and keep reaching out to the world. Thank goodness we have people like you to guide and help us through tough times,Niki and Carlo! Bravissimo!!👏❤️🥰❤️👏🥰❤️

My Dad was full Italiano - he did everything from carpentry, masonry, plumbing, roofing, electrical to perfection (is that in their DNA?)- Carlos brings back memories of my Dad every time I see him - measuring, leveling, even the way and what he eats - things I have forgotten are brought back to me - I love your show and have been bing watching - you guys are giving me something truly enjoyable to watch - as television and media have been off my radar for quite some time - found a treasure in you..thank you very much....stay safe, stay well..

We never really had quarantine in South Australia, they shut a bunch of stuff, shopping changed, schools stayed open, we were and still are very lucky

What an amazing home!! I did not realize how separate your house is. I had imagined neighbors above and to the sides. Loved hearing your advise.. just what I needed to hear. I’ve got a teenage son. He has been out of the school building for a week now. The teachers are more prepared this week for online help so hopefully it will be less stressful trying to keep up with classes. Schedule is vital... nothing much got done last week for lack of one!!! Time to buckle down as we’re locked down! Lol. You’re also right about watching too much news. That has to go to a low roar, it’s so depressing. We absolutely ADORE The Amalfi Coast and were planning to visit again the first week of June. Hopefully we can get there either in June or another time this year. I can’t stay away too long.. we were last there Oct. ‘18. Best wishes from Pittsburgh.... USA

I’m loving your videos Nicki. I’m based in Brisbane, Australia and we have been lucky enough to have not been as hard hit by COVID as other countries. Italy is one of my favourite places in the world having holidayed there a few times. I think your advices regarding not watching the news and keeping yourself productive during lockdown is very true. I stopped watching the news about 6 years ago. I know what’s going on but don’t absorb myself in it. For exercise, Holly Dolke on KZbin is great. All of her exercises are done in indoors and she has made it very easy to follow.

It is so interesting to watch some of these back issues and see the changes to your home and property, there are gardens at every level! Did the basement become Skye's "suite"? So lucky Dichondria grows so well in Positano. I've tried several times, but the heat in Melbourne kills it. Here in 2022 January we have had five days in a row of over 35C!

Another fun video! Yes you are so blessed to live in a gorgeous home with lots of things to keep you occupied! We (NW Michigan, USA) are not on total lock down but are asked to only go out for necessities. Working from home as well as I can, no school for my kiddo and unfortunately it’s still COLD here, ugh!! Sun was out yesterday and we went for a walk on the beach, only saw 2 people and it was 22 degrees!! Brrrr! So we can’t work in the yard yet! :( The table you and Carlo made is amazing! I love it!!
