This video has scared me 🤣🤣 We are completing soon on a bungalow and we are hoping to do a very similar extension to the property like yourself. Around 32m extension (2 meters out by 10 meters along and then down the side of the house by 6 meters going out 2 meters from original house again) downstairs and a 8 meter by 10 meter apex style loft conversion. There is already a loft room there but we would have to take the whole roof off for it to work with the new extension etc. We are looking at getting this done next year as I can’t live in that bungalow how it is for too long 🤣🤣 I don’t suppose you would take work on in Wiltshire would you lol.

looks amazing! thanks for providing an idea of cost. I suppose at the moment it might be even more, as no one can get hold of carpenters. round here (norfork), carpenters are earning roughly double now! and as you said, timber prices through the roof etc. i am considering a loft extension only because i'm in the situation of having a large income, but it's an insecure one according to the banks, so no chance of getting the banks to finance a move to a bigger house. Instead we will need to extend, extend, extend... eeesh, it sounds expensive though! you've done a great job on getting all the details right. well done. amazin finish.

Great Content , shared all your coatings & Materials where you have purchased them . please could you do a run down of your spreadsheet and do you add all your Receipt down , We are on with renovating a small semi bungalow for the first time , it needs a new kitchen, bathroom , rewiring , New boiler , plastering, and the garden etc. thanks 👊

Looks great! Where did you get the radiators from? Awaiting planning permission to come back hopefully in the next few days on a two storey extension and think they’d look great in it.

Did you insulate the inner wall in the attic room and what did you use x

I don't know if I've miss understood but the structural cost was 34k in ground and loft extension! If that's the case the loft alone is not 65k. Or have I got it twiss up? If the entire build was 65k exc vat then that adds up.

Nick broski can I ask you an approximate price for an extension? I want to buy a semi and do I double storey side extension so cannot give you an exact property or drawings. Potentially if it works I'd have you as a project manager. Thanks.
