How do you revert back to the original if you are not happy with the trimmed version?

I couldn't get this to work. I went to edit video but it only gave options to change the wording or thumbnail, captions etc, not to trim the video. I did notice that it gave me the option to trim immediately after the live finished within Live Producer, but I just clicked view post and now that option doesn't seem available. IS it just scheduled lives that you can trim after the event? (mine was unscheduled, as the scheduled one didn't work).

Trimming the videos is only going to be possible from pages not profiles. I think that might be the issue here. Shouldn’t matter if it was scheduled or not.

@@npalkowski i was doing it from a page that had streamed into a group, and did it on my laptop.

@@kategreenart Kate - usually if you stream into a group you are a personal profile and not biz. Maybe this is where you are having the issue? You could download the video, edit and upload the new version.

Can I trim/edit my video on my private account (not business page)?

No you cannot trim videos streamed to you profile. You can do some minimal adjustments such as changing the thumbnail (to one of Facebooks other selected images from the video), add captions, edit description, location, and make adjustments to the privacy settings

Hey Nick -- I livestreamed in my private fb group using FB producer Live and now I want to go back and create clips to use in my group... Can I still do that? How do I find those previous lives in facebook producer live? Does it work the same way for groups as for pages.... I just want to go back and create my clips from the livestream I did in my group

I tried this on my Business Page, but after clicking Save nothing happens, I have tried it on many videos and nothing... Waited a whole day to see if it was just taking time but nothing, could it be Facebook is having a issue right now?
