Beeindruckend monumentale Einspielung in großer Akustik mit schöner Registrierung. Erinnert mich an meinen ersten bewegenden Höreindruck 2003. Mir fällt auf: die Zungen klingen hier "elsässischer" als an vielen anderen Originalinstrumenten.

A wonderful performance of a fine work. I thought I'd never hear another recording to match that of Piet Kee at Roskilde, but this is it. The only real points of comparison are those of the organs themselves and the acoustics as handled by the recording engineers. Both Piet Kee and yourself render a piece of great magnificence.
