I love a fluffy brow, light coverage base, and a bold eye look! I can’t do baking though, or really setting my whole face in general. I’m far too dry, I also don’t like the look of contour on the jaw or even heavy on the cheeks, it looks good in pictures but not in real life! I also like a concealer closer to my skin tone with a light light layer of powder to set!

So the cool toned thing is easily explained by your skin tone girl!! I’m also a more yellow undertone (Italian). So I’ve noticed that warm toned anything looks great on my skin, including yellow gold jewelry. And cool tones look sort of dirty and yuk on me, along with silver colored jewelry. People with neutral undertoned skin can wear all the tones, but strong leaning yellow, or pink, really have to stick in their lane. Love you girl! 💕 💕💕

recently i have been loving fluffy brows, light bronzey glowy base, bold eye looks, however i’m over extreme highlight where it’s just a line across your face, i also don’t bake as i’m oily around my t-zone but baking just picks dry patches that i don’t have that many of in that area. i decided to take a dry beauty blender and push the powder in as it also makes it look air brushed ❤️

that technique will work if you clean up the brows with concealer or foundation then when you apply foundation, you don't really have to get too close to your brows. it'll just blend in well.

@@am-dq2xs this will only work if you do you your routine as: brows first, then eyes, then the whole face. when you clean your brows with foundation, you dont really have to get too close to the brows when applying your foundation to your whole face cz there's already foundation around the brows. a lot of people love doing this routine to avoid any mistakes when doing the brows, eyeshadow and eyeliner. when any mistakes happens, we can always clean it up cz we haven't done the face yet.

I just switched to a big fluffy brush for bronzing & it’s been a total game changer for me! I don’t particularly love doing my brows before any base products, & I feel like I see a ton of youtubers do it, I just feel like I need to blend closer to my brows & I don’t clean up around my brows a bunch (I’m quite blonde) so I feel like products are grabbed up there & I need to be able to spoolie & blend without spreading my brow product all over my forehead 🙃

I have combo skin: my eyelids tend to be more oily, my undereye area is pretty normal but I have deep undereyes lines; so, my favourite tecnique lately is using concealer on my entire eye area but bake a very little bit only the lids and where the undereye lines are (and were you normally put eyeshadow) really pushing the powder on the concealer with a dry beauty sponge, but not on the entire undereye area because it makes me so cakey and I find it unnecessary since makeup don't crease on me there and I don't get oily there . I just swipe a little bit of powder on the rest while removing the bake.

a technique that i don’t like is doing eyeshadow before the base stuff. like i understand the point behind it but i like to blend some of my extra base over my lids so if i do shadow first, i have to be extra careful with how much base i use. i’m also not a fan of baking either! but i really to like applying concealer around my jawline area because i feel like it just ensures that my face matches my neck idk lol

I personally like when I use a brush first for foundation and then use a beauty blender to fix it. It’s just so much easier for me when it comes to product distribution. Also I use KVD white out concealer under my eyes and on my nose with taste shape tape to make it more highlighted (goes better with my skin tone)

My favorite technique is to use a cream blush stick like nude stix and put it on the apples of my cheeks and across the bridge of my nose and blend down. It gives you the best ‘burn turning into a tan’ flush!

Yup I need to know how u do your brows. I don’t take my time so usually I’ll have a more natural brow. I’ll outline the bottom of the brow so pencil strokes where I lined the brow then blend in to the top. Where I have missing hair then I’ll line those parts out too then blend. I’ll use very minimal concealer to snatch my brows. Less is better. N still comes out ok. Sometimes good but never great lol! Love your videos

I also hate baking!! Mostly because I don't like to cake it on when doing my face make up, but because everytime I try to give it a chance I look horrible I have some weird wrinkles really close to my lashline and they get extremely visible if I bake, I'm 25 and baking makes me look 75! I just set my under eyes with a nice soft fluffy brush and little powder and they look cool I love when you do this type of video, Nicol! We need more sassy Nicol 😂

Morphe sponge is life! Don’t know what u r talking about gurrrrll I love it so much more than the beauty blender! The beauty blender just soaks up every ounce of makeup and is so wasteful. If you wet your morphe sponge first before using it it works like a charm 👌🏽 still love u Nicol! 😘
