Accomplished vocality as a lyrical soprano with no spinto hues (& happy about). Stunning+ breath control. Never thought I would enjoy listening to a full lyrical "only" singing Tu che le vanità.

She is damn good. Slight intonation problems but the voice has the right color for this aria and she understands Verdi's particular demands.

The quality and color of the voice sounds right for this aria and he rides the orchestra well in all registers. You can call it whatever you like or dont like - Elisabetta requires a certain timbre and color almost like no other Verdi role and Car demonstrates that sound I like to hear in this aria.s

Treyson Sherratt Nicole Car is a Countess or a Marschallin if she was less pitchy. She is not a Verdi soprano. Period.

Dragan Vidic i never said anything about her being a Verdi soprano nor did i say she was great in this particular aria. i’m only here because i watched her sing come scoglio in Cosi fan tutte that the Met just released on youtube. she was outstanding
