I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. Why not both? With the present economy, you should never forget to diversify. Do not put all your eggs in one basket. As one who has been into Real Estate for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (had to use the services of an Advisor though as I also have time constraints). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Hard to imagine that I had initially refused to try out new possibilities. Good luck.

You should start by looking out for those from known firms and good track records. You should also make sure the person is licensed. Personally, I use Marie, Kelly Matwick. She's good and you could also check her out.

do you have a podcast? have you ever thought of having one? i recommend you make one, because for example me who have no type of any subsricption in youtube can only watch it while my phone is on, while podcast you can listen to it wether my phone is on/off. i believe you can post any type of podcast, and finance is one of the important things we should know accessibly. So it can be a great idea and really helpful for people who are too busy to go to youtube and watch the full video, while in a podcast you can listen and do chores, work and important things while doing so. I love the topics that you discuss about and would like to hear more❤.
