Try to think that you are worth it( because you are) and you deserve a happy life. You are stronger than you think and there are millions of people out there going through the same as you. You got this girl. It gets better!!! I have dealt with depression and just feeling so tired and unmotivated in the past. Heck, I still get waves of it here and there. My advice is to find one thing that you get enjoyment out of, whether it be writing a journal entry, rearranging your fridge, facetiming a family member, and try to do that one thing every day. Having a little bit of productivity can make you feel a trillion times better.
