Actually Kylie Jenner uses MAC lip pencil in Whirl she uses it all over her lips as if it was lipstick. But if you don't like to use your pencil as lipstick, MAC's Brave goes hand in hand with the whirl pencil.

I used to think that too. if you have a lot of eyeshadow on, I say just very lightly hit the outer corner of your lower lash line with color. If you are wearing minimal eyeshadow, you can just do mascara on the bottom. I started doing this and I actually like it now!
