You really had performed that Haitians dance very well. Even with the imperfection of the sound of Haitian's drum... Remember people Miss Kathrine Dunham's technique is in the Haitian drums rhythmic. Go to AYIKODANS or HaitianDANS CO THESE ARE A FEW of them and listen to the sounds of their drums; they are all over youtube. You will find some bad but most of them are gooooood Haitian unique sound that empowers your body to move exactly the way it sounds. She will not be capable of doing so well if it wasn't for this place and the culture. That's what they do in Haiti, Dancing in in their DNA

Not exactly. It is Afro Carriebean not just Haiti. The drums are more djembe drums that come from west Africa. Like where most enslaved Africans originated. It just so happens yours were dropped off in Haiti. You can find the same thing in Trinidad, Jamaica and the other islands.
