I think her management has been pretty good. Niecy is still able to find steady work and she had a lot of great roles that allows her to show off her acting talents like in When They See Us and Jeffrey Dahmer.

I think today, in our current political climate, some individuals claim to be for 'justice', but their actions speak otherwise... Like one of the titular characters in the film, who happens to be President of the United States right now.
