Normally painless? Well mine is painful much of the time and at times so itchy it makes me crazy. I am watching this at 04:40 because I can't sleep with the pain.

Maybe you were distracted but Gordon did not lift his elbows. He travels 200 miles to get a massage. WOW. When I was 50 I developed a nodule on muscle near my ulna/wrist area. It actually felt like another joint poking out of my wrist. All I had to do to get rid of it was, rest my arm on my lap and apply a tiny bit of pressure there while relaxing. I did this a few times a day when I remembered. It was gone in just a few days. I would love a hand massage right now. It's a profession with very little recognition. Gotta jump through hoops to get recertified every 2 or 4 years depending on the Credentials you want. Take care of your hands and wrist. ❤

I had this condition on my palm and it was so painful and the nodule just kept getting bigger.......I started "a method" from my intuition.....I continued for a good 15-20 minutes a day......after two weeks I started to see substantial decrease in the nodule and the pain began to be more tolerable.......now from april until now it completely went away (after a month) and till this day ( september 2 ) hasn't shown up or even shown a sign of coming back..........

I've had stiff fingers for years and developed two visible nodules at the base of my pointer and ring finger this year with increasingly limited range of motion. I've seen a rheumatologist who said it's probably nothing, but I cannot sit by while I lose more and more ability in my hands! Thank you for this technique. I will certainly be trying it

im a bit confused. my grandmother had it (fathers side), my mother has it and i (female) have it. neither my father nor my brother have it. and...its really not "painless". it hurts like hell. i have it on both hands, middlefingers and ringfingers and on the right hand i had to get surgery twice to get the function of my hand and fingers back. its way better after surgery (after the first 10 days of surgery, that were bad), but i still have a bit of pain left in the right hand. left hand isnt as bad, but will need to get surgery in a few years, when going on at the same speed as now.

What if contracture are painful and irritating the nerves?
@Nielasher Жыл бұрын
Hi Figura, This can happen, and tight structures may irritate neural structures. A nerve needs to be able to move as such so the axoplasm can flow optimally allowing the nerve to do its job so to speak. Neural dynamic movement aids in this and relieving or releasing the structures around the nerve, such as tight muscle tissue will allow this. I don't know why people need to show themselves talking when you can provide narration while showing the hand, illustrations or anything other than just seeing someone talk. 😂 These doctors wanna be movie stars, just show visual information along with verbal information. It kills two birds with one stone. Can't stand staring at someone trying to explain something a graphic could explain much easier. 😊
