I only know 4 attacks )light, heavy, the swipe up thing that lifts the enemy and hold light/heavy attack). I didn't know there were more. Good thing I found this while im still playing as 9s.

@@DragoonCenten after u finished Ending C or D u can use Debug Mode, in Debug Mode are settings for example that the enemy take no damage.

Yes. I hate doing hacking since it gets in the way in the flow of the combat, so I mainly fight like normal. If I'm being cheesy I just cramp all Heavy attack chips and just hurl the spear repeatedly against strong enemies

When I say that the game was developed I don’t mean that that company is the only thing that contributed to the game but I do mean that the game was programmed and put together and everything by that company. Platinum Games developed it, square enix published it, they outsourced some of the art responsibilities to cydesignation

@@YhelloWish I have and I think that the gameplay is all the worse for it. Taro’s narrative is still strong enough to carry the experience tho so I thoroughly enjoyed it, just not every part of it like I did with Automata

1:57 the air combo with the heavy weapon is one of if not the hardest of these combos to execute. For now whether it works or not is mostly RNG for me :/ I discovered that it works under a few conditions: 1) you need to double jump; 2) you need to dash forward and immediately release the left stick; 3) press heavy atk + left stick forward. But it only works sometimes. Any more tips to this maybe?

It works every time at the correct timing, it's just a short period that triggers it. U need good feeling for it. In ms, u need to use it at 70-80ms after evade. The same is if u want to use light attack charge with A2, u need perfect timing for it too, also if u want taunt and attack with A2 need correct timing

Hey np 😀, nier combos are mostly perfect timing if u know all attacks. Hardest attacks to use are taunt & attack combined with continuous combo secret air hit with A2, A2 Light Charge Attack, in air dash attack with all weapons and sometimes the spin attack that u do with evade+light attack

It looks kool forsure. But there nothing in the game that really requires the depth of combo juggling. The risk of death in combat on the hardest difficulties, is basically nonexistent. Because plugin chips. I personally would be more interested in doing this if there was some part in the game that was a struggle to survive at. But there really isnt. Except that DLC flooded shore arena and I'd probably just combo from the ground still. But I'm not trying to make this any less impressive then it is. That is some interesting juggle combos.

yes it has a free enemy track aswell, lock on is only needed for example for the pod pograms, pod fire to keep them in air or if u have problems with the camera

Why i cant elevate a machine? I evade perfectly but the dumb machine stays on the ground!! haha,im missing something?

When the machine is in a chain attack u can only lift at the second attack. Sword lifts after evade the machine. Just evade and use directly in the Evade Animation Sword after.

Probably the only thing you've forgotten is the during evade attack to go straight into heavy string. Otherwise a great showcase in a very short time. I wished the practise / debug mode would be available right from the get go and sd cancels would be more pleasant to look at. Real dislike the screen during combos. But that's a very personal preference. Or another button would have the same top priority for cancelling. I'm almost done with all three routes and I would have loved to apply more interesting air juggles like these in my first run.

Default the enemy gets 50% more dmg.. But u too. Also there is a plug in chip that can be maximized to 600% more dmg in a machine and on u too since he got angry

u can use debug mode (evade + menu) to make enemys unkillable

What requirements have to be met before you can lift up bosses or large bipeds? Sometimes I can lift them, and others they ignore the attack.

U need at least 5 lvl difference, if ur lvl 20 and the machine/boss is lvl 26 u can't lift them. Also small weapons have a resist chance (large don't, so better use great weapon for ground to air, only counter small weapons) if u want to kick them in air normal and not with counter or if they cast a attack u can't kick them in air so wait for there attack until she's over. (With attacks I mean the double attack from the large bipeds, u can only kick them at there last hit in air bcs it calculates there full 2 hits)

Dumb question How are you able to launch the tall machines using the small sword? I can only consistently launch them with the large weapons

u are right,i showed at 02:38 that small weapons have launch resist chance. But only counter with small sword has 100 percent chance, only if they arent in an continout attack animation

I would say hard, so ur not one hit and can't use lock on. Also I would train 5lvl lesser then the opponent with no chips on. Or u just use Debug Mode and make them unkillable. For me with Debug I could lern the most.

It's the cancel, use bracers in light and small sword in heavyattack. Now u just do X->Y ->Selfdestruct->Y

2:36 - > short jump (A) + heavy attack (Y) 3:43 - > activate self destruct in the options, then use light attack (X) and directly the self destruct button to cancel it 1:43 - > Evade-> small sword counter (X) - > short jump (A) + greatsword heavy attack (Y)
