We were invited to visit Holland America's stunning ship the Nieuw Statendam. While we were on board we were able to take a look at one of the staterooms. This is inside stateroom 4075 it was laid out in twin bed configuration but can easily be changed to a double on request.

Gorgeous cabin! I had a similar design on Rotterdam last year, and LOVED it. The wood colours are just so bright and airy, and make that room feel way bigger than it really is!

It's so similar to the one we are in on Queen Anne, but then they are both pinnacle class ships

Nice cabin and video! Love the way you don’t have to lean all the way down to the floor to get to the fridge. Shower extremely nice size, and looks like there’s plenty of storage.

It's a really nice cabin for an inside but the bathroom is definitely built for one.

It looks like a great wee room. Have you sailed on Holland America much in the past, and what did you think about the design of the ship in general?

We haven't sailed on Hal ever but we might in the future. Their pricing seems a little on the high side at the moment but that can change. We have a full vlog of our visit to Dover and a quick look around the whole ship coming out on Saturday.
