I like Connie's better. But I would have use dollar store rolling pins on the bottom and maybe some clear plasic something to hold whatever you what to put in it.

Fun fact when I was in 4th grade, I went to Dollar Tree & I got a hula hoop and a jump rope. And I tried to make a crinoline skirt with a hula hoop & a jump rope!! I remember I went through some struggles. I would try to tie it to my waist & yeah. My momma actually let me in a Taco Bell with that on!!
