Don’t blame the RNLI, they’ve always saved those at risk of their lives at sea, no matter who they are or where they come from. I know many of the volunteer crews don’t agree with what’s happening, I don’t either. However if I was out on my Rib and noticed people in a precarious situation I too would go to their aid. Like them or not and although they’ve deliberately put themselves in a vulnerable position, they’re still human beings and I couldn’t stand by and watch them drown. I like the crews have a conscience.
