Not in a black cab mate. In this case, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. As said here, 'no flying of any flags' for black cabs. That includes Palestinian and English. BTW, black cab drivers can chose to put their own images (including the flag of their choice) in the advertising spaces if they like. I suspect most won't because that would cost them revenue.

But therein lies the problem. Khan was born in London, brought up in a Council flat by his Parents who came to the UK from Pakistan. This is his Country, just as it is the Country for all the children born here to immigrants. They are British subjects and cannot be removed. Just look at the cost to the British Tax Payers with that vile woman Shamima Begum. She ran away from home, joined ISIS and now wants to return to her birth place. She was stripped of her citizenship, but we now have all the bleeding hearts and human rights lawyers fighting her corner. So far it has cost the British Tax Payer £250,000 to keep her out of the UK, it is estimated to rise to £7,000,000.

The St.goerges flag is not a problem at all, Its the others like the Palestinian flags that are plastered everywhere, I've seen very large ones hanging on motorway bridges, buildings, streets, covering whole windows, and on top of all that it's the regular Palestine Marches blocking main busy public roads during rush hour, it's utterly mindless and senseless, so something seriously needs to be done about this, it's anti-social.

He's not banning the George's cross, he's reminding Black cab drivers of govt guidance that has been active since 2010. The flying of flags on the outside of a vehicle can be dangerouse and is subject to a £2500 fine. As profesionals, black cab drivers are held to a higher account and expected to adhere to these guidelines. It has nothing to do with patriotism. Although not as well publicised, Kahn also recently asked the Met, to clamp down on those driving around with Hizbollah and Palastinian flags, for exactly the same reason.
