Gramsci made a distinction between "common sense" and "good sense". For him, "common sense" refers to the beliefs and values that are widely accepted in a society, often reinforcing existing power structures. It's the everyday understanding that people take for granted. Even conspiracist thinking has become "common sense" to conspiracists. On the other hand, "good sense" in Gramsci's terms goes beyond mere acceptance of the status quo. It involves critical thinking and a deeper understanding of social and political realities. Good sense challenges dominant ideologies and aims to uncover the underlying power dynamics. In essence, while common sense maintains the current order, good sense seeks to question and potentially transform it.

Voting Reform is voting for Labour, I’m sorry - I wish it wasn’t true but it is. Reform is a Hard Right party (I am personally Hard Right myself). That is why disgruntled Tories are voting for them as well as 100,000s of anti-immigrant voters, right? The Tory party contains three wings: Centre-Right, Right-Wing, Hard Right. Most of the Hard Right have gone to Reform according to polling data. In the UK right-wing voters are outnumbered by left-wing voters: that's why the Left can afford to split the vote and still win landslides. The RIGHT on the other hand cannot win an election unless they all UNITE. And even then - they need the UK's swing voters mostly voting for them: they vote lib-dem/labour/conservative so are MODERATES, CENTRISTS and obv. wouldn't touch Reform. Moderate floating voters are 33% of the country. The entire reason the Tories moved too much to the centre is to keep those moderate voters. They went too far. And have learnt their lesson now. BUT only the Tory party can unite ALL the above. Reform will never get most of the right wing vote or the centrists. Reform are a read-on-arrival party. So Voting Reform is voting for Labour. That's the cold reality. People need to get out of their echo chamber. Most of the country just DON'T CARE about immigration - I disagree with them, but that's the reality of the polling.

The fall of Rome is often attributed to pressure of inward migration of barbarian tribes and with its ruling elite thinking more and more of their own self interest rather than interests of the people. The West has been suffering from both for the last few decades.

Farage could be prime minister within 2 years even less than that, it is very possible and it can happen. But only if reform voters be rational and sensible about how they going to vote and vote tactically to avoid splitting the vote in some seats. The first thing that must happen to get Farage be PM in less than 2 years instead of 5 years long of catastrophic irreversible damage that will be caused by labour if they win majority is that reform and tory should come with sensible and practical deal between Reform lead by Farage and tory on Farage terms to avoid splitting the votes in some seats. this way there will be 2 scenarios in this election either labour win with no majority or tory win with no. First scenario labour will win but not majority or even better might be hung parliament in this situation labour will be forced under pressure to call early election within 2 years even less because they will not be able to pass most of their lefty legislations they intent and their win will be meaningless that means for reform they will have their chance and they will be more ready and can win the election and Farage be PM within 2 years even less instead waiting long 5 years of catastrophic irreversible damage to our country and society and it will be beyond repair if they stay 5 years long.As I said it can happen it is within our hand us reform voters but first we need to get a deal with tory lead by Farage to avoid splitting the vote it is win-win for reform.
