Disgraceful bias. An allowance is an allowance - end of.
@richardbuxton354610 жыл бұрын
It's an allowance - how it's spent does not have to be justified - he can spend it on beer and tobacco if he chooses. Dirty magazines, fish & chips, donner kebabs, fairground rides, and even duck houses - all these and more are fair game for his allowances. Few among us would return any unspent allowance - Farage is no different in this respect than any other MEP or Commissioner. Rather than seeking after the truth the interviewer has an agenda to follow and he does so very badly - he seeks only to shame and embarrass Farage and that's shabby journalism. It's not Farage that's corrupt it's the whole EU Commission.

Hehe, they are just shaking their pants my friend. It's truely disgusting how they try to character attack him as a last resort since they can't debate his views or ideas. - And as long as they dont let him talk about that, the less people get's the message. Its a divertion/attention control job. - And should be possible to see on all channels who has news and are bought and owned by the same overlords. The Journalists in England has stooped to the same lows as in America, and can not be considered news anymore. Fuck TV, and seriously, welcome to the net, I would recommend to keep watching farage from here, and if you want some American, go watch TyT.

Please do not vote ever again if we don't get a Brexit. These MPs do as they wish once elected. The whole Referendum was a complete waste of time if it was always going to be the MPs that had the final decision. They should merely ratify what the public voted for. It was the biggest ever vote in the history of the UK. If that is not a mandate, what is?

The interviewer did his job, and quite well. The issue is using tax payers' money either in a legitimate way or otherwise. NF, had to listen to each question carefully and he answered them well. The angle taken by NF is the difference between the UK and EU system. One works by expense claims and the other by given allowances. The fact that with expense claims it is more transparent compared to the given allowance system is key to the reporter's point and he brings this point out. Perhaps if HF he had made the difference between claims and allowances clearer then the reporter would have had a bigger problem making viable questions. The pivotal point is when NF tells the reporter he wants to be sacked, along with the UK's other MEPs, via a referendum of EU membership. Brilliant! Miller was "sacked" after a long struggle involving DC, whereas NF wants to be sacked! Brilliant!!! Tax payers' money is wasted on an unimaginable scale in the EU. It is an issue that is overlooked by national (across EU) governments, who are putting the squeeze on its citizens respectively. If we do not like this waste we should show this by voting for people who want it ended! Let's not be prejudiced against individuals now, let's get the problem sorted first!?

I like UKIP, but their policies don't necessarily seem well thought out. Farage wants people to stop going to University. I don't know...he couldn't just abolish or at least diminish the amount of money it costs to go to UK universities? Also, is he an economist? Cause he never seems to say much economy-wise. If he's going to have an independent England, wouldn't it make more sense to have an England that's independently economically well-off?
