That happened at least 17.4 Million times in the UK
@icarus8775 жыл бұрын
Haha, no 16 million people thought they knew what they were voting for to stay in the EU when of course hardly any of them understood at the time or still understand what the EU is really all about. Thankfully the EU will collapse under the weight of its own policy making and financial mismanagement at all levels. The Euro will be the death nell of this antidemocratic slow moving ideology based false construct, I just hope we can distance ourselves from the financial calamity that is soon to befall the farcical currency and ludicrous fiscal policy adopted by these bungling halfwits far enough to not get dragged into helping to bail the idiots out again.
@tf83275 жыл бұрын
Yes, yes... The Eu collapses for the last 20 years, as the leavers tell us. But missing the point, that the EU is stronger, than ever before. This is the same myst, as Farage was trying to tell in RTE a week ago, until they made him clear, that 88% of the Irish want to stay in the EU. And when he started about undemocratic referendum about the Lisbon treaty, they again had to explain to him, the treaty was changed to address the concerns of the Irish people and when the changes were made, it passed in the second referendum. And tallking about democratic. I find it very odd, that people from the UK talk about an antidemocratic EU. While leavers dement the UK has to accept a non bindung referendum, where the leave side was found guilty in breaking the law. If the referendum would have been binding, it would have been found ilegal. And now the only reason, why the leavers don't want a peoples vote is, they know, they would loose. Then I wonder, how you can talk about democracy, when you on the other hand follow a PM who acts unlawful to suppress democraty in the UK? You can not have democracy, when you are willing to support dictatorship to force through the will of a minoriy. I know, you say, 17.4 Mio british people voted to leave, but no matter, what the result of the unlawful referendum was, not all of the 17.4 Mio. people want a no deal brexit. And to force a no deal brexit, for this is simply antidemocratic. So the thing you accuse the EU to be, is in fact exactly the current status of the UK.
@icarus8775 жыл бұрын
@@tf8327 The EU is stronger than before, what planet are you living on. Do you understand anything about what the Euro has done to the economics of the eurozone? You are either ignorant or just living in lala land.
@tf83275 жыл бұрын
@@icarus877 - The problem was not the Euro itself, but the different economies in the EU. And there are good and bad excamples in the EU. Bad excample: Greeze and Italy, but there are also good examples, such as Ireland. But I wonder, what planet you live on? The brexit has nothing to do with the Euro, since the UK is not part of the Euro zone. For this everyone, who voted for the brexit due to issues with the Euro simply fell for scaremungering of the pro brexit people. And beside this, people like Jacob Rees-Mogg trust the Euro way more, than the british pound, why else would he move his fonts to Ireland, than keeping them in the UK?
@icarus8775 жыл бұрын
@@tf8327 You are talking as if you actually have a clue what you are talking about. Yet you talk total gibberish. We are not in the Euro but those countries that set policy are and if you had half a brain you would understand it is exactly that point that gave us less and less influence. You really have read the children's version of understanding the EU. Typical remainer, you are completely clueless. I think the biggest laugh is saying the Euro is fine it's the countries that are at fault or not suited to it, I really don't think you even understand how completely ridiculous that comment is. Please don't bother me any more. I was going to discuss the effect of negative interest rates, bond spreads, inflation rates and overvalued currency but quite frankly I think I would just be wasting my time you clearly have little or no understanding or appreciation of the situation. It's a pity I only find Brexiteers that have actually studied and understand the situation fully.
