EpicWolfes. First: English is not my mother tongue. Nigel Short is speaking an "upper class british english". Which is also called "Queens English or Posh". Which makes it more funny when they speak in general and especially when they gets in an argument etc. I shall try to describe it with my poor english: Upper Class English, is like a more luxury and delicate way of saying the words, lol. So when you say "british english", that's a vague term. By the way: I think "upper class accent" is in every country or most countries.
