To make breadcrumbs, would it work by using toast and then processing it?

@ferrarim5p754 жыл бұрын
I have done something very similar, but I wouldn't be doing it again. The lamb is going to need cutting into it, but the breadcrumbs just makes it hard to see what you are cutting. Furthermore, when you push the breadcrumbs aside as you cut into it, it just looks greasy and when you bite into it, it just taste greasy. I think the crown of lamb + mustard + breadcrumbs on the outside only is the better method.

Those lamb chops look great and not like some I ate at and airbase in Delaware while in the Air Force for dinner. The chefs didn't know how to prepare them and had them looking so bad until all was thrown in the trash containers. The guy in charge of the kitchen came out and saw how many was discarded and was so upset and I could not blame him. His staff made a big mistake and I hope they learned from that bad food.

Why in on earth would you destroy the beautiful taste of English spring lamb by overwhelming it with spices.Remember,the main reason countries such as India and the Middle East,has always been to mask the dreadful meat qualify hot countries.

In Britain, lamb is much less expensive than in North America - that said, the same recipe can be made with pork chops or boneless chicken breast.
@NoddyTron4 жыл бұрын
Well if you think, a pack of four lamb chops costs about £4.50, so you'd be looking at say £9 for the family, which isn't cheap I admit, but if you compared it to taking the family to McDonalds for a treat, that'd be around £4.50 - £6 each, so it's probably about the same once you add in the rest of the meal to go with the lamb chops. You're right, It's not everyday food, but it's not crazily expensive, and pretty reasonable for a treat.

I don't eat lamb! But, this is a waste of very expensive meat!😞
@keithhanley77964 жыл бұрын
It's not a waste if you like lamb. Also, you can use pork chops instead, or even chicken breast (boneless) - or if you're vegetarian, try tofu, tempeh, or seitan - even king oyster mushrooms would work.

Very average cooking from a woman that has everything done for her. And yet she has everyone fawning over her silly language. And her pretentious Italian eggs. 🙄
