Hah this kind of soup is the kind our grand mothers were cooking during their time and that's why many of them had up to 12 children. Soup without water inside. Mostly Anambra bitter leaf soup. Then man will be coming into the room like every 30 minutes looking for what's not looking for him. 😀😀😀😀

I filmed this video two days after I came back from Nigeria in early June. 😊 Okra can keep well in the FRIDGE for a few days. But for longer preservation, you need a FREEZER. Because with all the meat, stockfish, mackerel, crayfish, onions and salt, this soup really does not need any more seasoning. We are just addicted to seasoning cubes. Sometimes, depending on the other ingredients you are adding, seasoning cubes are not necessary and the meal will still be delicious.
