The NLC should use this opportunity to request a review of the wage packages for those greedy politicians, and should never accept minimum wage less than 250k.

Let the labour union require that assembly members total package be reviewed downward drastically.

Strike cripples a nation's economy I wonder why a government wokld allow issues get to that extent without a response

In oshiomole time, everybody support him, Obasanjo dont see it as a political motivated thing, but now even the oshiomole won't support labour now, because since his party is on power, he will say NLC/TUC is politically motivated. Politics is spoiling everything now. The die hard fan of the president is insulting NLC because they are in power. Politics! Politics!!

In Oshomole’s time power wasn’t privatised neither was fuel stations as it is today. The government had a lot to loss economically. That’s not the case now

NLC, seems to be concerned about government workers alone, what is the struggle for non government workers who are far more than the government workers NLC should fight for a better Nigeria, and stop being selfish

True talk. A lot of people are jobless yet face the hardship, inflation in the country.

The strike had a detrimental impact on the people. In fact the stories I heard were disheartening. The strike needed to be planned better. I heard stories of nurses being physically whipped to leave the hospital and leave vulnerable and critical patients even though they wanted to help. My friend who gave birth just before the strike with CS had no access to pain medication. The lady beside her who gave birth to twins died as a result. Yes, strike to make a statement but plan it better, it’s the innocent people who suffered in the end unnecessarily

Govt has boxed the Labour Congress to the corner by making Labour sign an agreement that Govt will pay something higher than 60,000; of course N60,500 is higher than N60,000 . I don't see govt paying more than 65k. Watch it

How do you know, no money? Where is the subsidy money? Where did the government get money to send people to Haj? The government has money to buy SUVs for legislatures but no money to pay citizens their wage, maybe everybody in the country should start earning 30k including the government officials.
