I don't remember one "normal" person who was brought in front of this court! The show was absolutely fantastic!
@ronaldshank7589

Brent Spiner, doing the part of Bob Wheeler, and his Wife (June Wheeler...I don't know who that young lady was, name-wise), was one of my favorites. This guy was great, too ..and even threw in a vanishing act, just for good measure. One other character that was on this show was "Speedy"... you know, the guy that came into the Courtroom from the wrong way, wore a Green suit, had short, dark hair, and talked like Cecil Turtle, from the Bugs Bunny Cartoons. It turns out that they were able to get permission for this guy to do the imitation of Cecil Turtle, because both Bugs Bunny Cartoons, and Night Court, were both owned by Warner Brothers...or so rumour has it. These shows were so much fun to watch! Judge Harry Stone, and Bull, were my favorites from Night Court. Dan Fielding was easily my least favorite, due to the fact that he was such a Womanizer, and only cared about himself. Oh, well...it is what it is!

@John Benson What if this "Weasel" ended up with some kind of a disease that caused something bad to happen to his "Lovegun"? Wouldn't you consider that to be a bad thing? He bedded down so many Women (on that show, that is!), that it's a wonder that he's still Sexually AND Physically Intact!

@John Benson Just be careful, when it comes to bragging too much! Anything can happen in the Bedroom... good, or bad! You could end up having sex with the wrong person, and end up catching some kind of disease that could cost you your health, your wealth...and your life! Don't get me wrong...I don't know you, and I mean what I've just said in a vein of thought that I just don't want anything bad to happen to you, due to a sexual escapade that you might have, that could lead to you becoming sick, or something. And he was a cast member on "Fridays", that sketch show on ABC that was wilder and more insane than Saturday Night Live. His name is Mark Blankfield.

Still say the best scene was when the floor above collapsed. A woman came down seated at her desk still on her chair. Everyone said hello you must be new. She answered no I have been here for 2 months, but I was warned about you people.

That's only the second Night Court clip I've watched and both of them someone vanishes from the courtroom. It's such a common occurrence they just move on to the next case. I loved this show growing up. It broke my heart when they all died except John Larroquette.

Critics never gave this show it's due. The whole cast is acting together throughout the scene. Also don't think I didn't notice that Harry Anderson himself is the one triggering the smoke effect, slowly moving his right hand below the desk during his speech. Dan's little turn at the end really sells the whole thing.

Wasn't the guy on trial the one who used to play the drugged out weirdo on "Friday's"??? Was also in Robin Hood: Men in Tights as the blind one, if memory serves.
