Tempura Batter 1/2 cup Rice Flour, 1/2 cup Potato Starch, 1 cup Soda Water, 1 beaten Egg White, Salt. Coconut Rice 1 Can Coconut Milk, 1 Can Jasmine Rice, 1 Can Water.
