@@BMWX1-2023 Thanks! You guys always have the better headlights over there. 😍 In their US, BMW only offers the regular LED headlights, no adaptive function. 😭

@@S_Paoli I didn’t know that. But if I turn off the automatic mode, The view of the street is like day. It is very good. I’ve uploaded another video at night. The adaptive is only seen sometimes on the bushes, that you see on and off automatically. It is not easy to see.

@@S_Paoli well don’t be that quick haha. Here in the Netherlands the adaptive lights comes with a package that costs 1700 euros. It’s not possible to order the adaptive lights alone (which would probably cost around 500 euros). The worst part is, you’ll need that package if you want the back lights in the typical BMW L shape (at night). Without the package you’ll get the simplified lighting package which will only illuminate the parts on the outer side of the lights. And to top it off, you won’t get the typical BMW ‘angel’ lighting in your headlights. There isn’t even a projector/lens like you guys have in the states. We get the headlights that are based on reflectors (looks like you have halogen bulbs in them). You do get LED, but it doesn’t look like it. Unfortunately BMW has decided to sell it like this in Europe, where only a year of two ago, the importer could configure however they wish and that way they where able to adjust the trim based on what is popular in the different countries. We do have hybrids here though. I know all of these because I’ve ordered one myself! Unfortunately without the adaptive package as I just don’t want to pay 1700 for sh*t I don’t need, nor want. I only want the adaptive lights. Edit: I found a video showing the standard head- and taillights in combination with a M sport package kzbin.info/www/bejne/faDGo4OpbLGraqM So, in the end, i think we need to be jealous of you guys.
