Without sleeping very dangerous I already struggled previously so now littlebit recovery so read books and gym exercise think possitive don't think about past and future..we need peacefull mindset

Don't worry. 25 years no sleep for me even if I walk for 4 kms. Once I took sleeping dose but 0 percent effect, now I just close my eyes to avoid eye irritation. Not feeling tired at all even if I never sleep.
