Great explanation! Thank you Dr Jacob 🙏 You touched on the importance of sleep in losing belly fat. But some people find it extremely hard to sleep, especially those with belly fat and who are overweight. It is like an endless loop. It would be greatly helpful for those of us out there if you could please talk about what causes sleep issues, how to identify the issues and what treatments are available and how to seek the treatments.

Very well said. I've been working out with strength training and yoga for past 15 yrs. I try to help others but they really dont stick to what i say about belly fat. They look for instant reduction only on tummy. I'll fwd ur video, which will absolutely help them👏

Gem of a content. This video doesn’t deserve these many views. It should reach more audience. Thank you sir. I see lot of influencers spreading misinformation. Its happy to see someone with the right credentials just talking about calorie deficit and protein leverage theory Instead of talking about intermittent fasting or any other BS hacks. But sir, I am pretty sure only 15% of this information would be received by the audience. All the topics you covered need its own video if this has to reach the masses. Once again thank you for sharing all these knowledge. 🙏🙏🙏

Finally.. i subscribed to your channel because , this is the best video for weight loss. Some people would say do this hip exercise for a month and definitely will reduce stomach fat all those things. But now I have a clear idea about weight loss. Very informative, though I’m on calorie deficit and doing exercise because my trainer told me to do so for weight loss, I was literally unaware of why I’m doing it. I didn’t understand the science behind it. Now I clearly got the science and this will help me follow the journey mindfully. Thanks a lot Doctor

Sir, I really appreciate your efforts for explaining the basis of fat loss in a lucid, simple way. 🎉 It would be great if you can add some schematics with a presentation probably, as you use many scientific terms which are difficult to remember and follow when you lecture. Also kindly make a video on protein, fibre, complex carbohydrate rich food, which would be great. Also how to control food cravings, when you are not hungry?

I am on a Calorie deficit diet.... But i usually concentrate more on cardio than strength training... Will slowly increase the duration of strength training...
