The game developer is strange, I like his drawing style but he doesn’t have resources on which he publishes the development process

About full release, on DLpage dev says that final product will contain 17 stages, 51 enemies, 19 special events and oth

Kinda reminds me of the frist two Ys remakes for the PSP, except a side-scroller, and not very interesting looking. You should look into Lewd Kight if you want a strategy/ish side-scroller.
