It's called a MoCA test and it is a wonderful evidence based tool to determine cognitive function in various areas. I have administered this test hundreds of times and there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. You would be surprised how people that appear limited are able to pass while others that seem only mildly confused fail. It helps determine if the limits are language comprehension based, memory recall, the ability to do basic math, etc.

Lots was different in the 70's (I was born in '52). A person could park a car on the side of a secluded road and rest for a few hours at night. Nowadays, a cop will come and flash a high powered flashlight in your eyes and tell you to drive away. I've resided in Asia since 1998. Over there, it's ok for an adult to smile at a child and (Bob forbid!) even have eye contact with him/her or say 'hi.' In the USA, that's grounds for a fat woman to come over and berate the friendly adult, or call the cops.

Hearing the news report this afternoon that AG Ken Paxton was acquitted on all 16 articles was expected. Realizing that this is a flaming Red colored State, that has been in the grips of the GOP for decades, the partisan results of the outcome of the Senate Trial was not surprising. Just a Idea. Looking at the Sea walls with the waves from the storm hitting them I sea the water going up and some time's over towards the buildings. It's a theory but I think someone with the resources should test a wall that towards the top curves back towards the Sea. Pushing the waters energy like a Snow plow blade.. They had seawalls with and outward curve on Buckroe Beach on Chesapeake Bay. Hampton Virginia oh, back in the 1960s. People building them were blocking off the beach that we couldn't walk up and down the beach. I never saw them in a storm, they built Jetties on the beach after that.
