Thanks for watching Paul I am still in shock that last year we were greeted by NEOWISE. I've never see a naked eye visible comet and now I can only hope we see a few more ha! Would love to see the nightscapes you shoot, so feel free to reach out! Happy to help if you ever need anything.

Thanks very much, @@MattDieterich. I was fortunate to see Hyakutake and Hale-Bopp back in the late 1990s. I think NEOWISE was a little better than Hale-Bopp, but both were outstanding. I got a decent film picture of Hale-Bopp, piggybacked on my scope, after my dad drove me and my telescope out into the middle of nowhere here in the UK; he held open the broken cable release while I did some manual guiding through the eyepiece. Great memories! I don’t yet share on IG unfortunately (struggled to get my head around it fully) but I do share my images on Twitter: twitter.com/paulhaworth Not up to your standard, but I’ve learned from and been inspired by your work.

Hey Matt just found your channel. Like you I enjoy taking those trips to our National parks here in Australia. Most of my videos are astro but I have one or two just out in the bush timelapses. Lovely image you got.👍 Would love to take a trip to some of your beautiful parks one day.

Ollie that is wonderful! I will definitely checkout your channel. Was in Australia a few times in 2019, but didn't get to visit any national parks there. I am blown away by the dark skies though, especially when I went only 45 min outside of Perth!

Amazing! I'm always scared to visit parks because of wild animals. Like in the area you went, how can we be sure we won't be attacked by wild animals? Is there like an information about a place where they mention areas to visit and prohibited areas? Thank you!

I think being out at night can definitely be nerve-wracking, especially if you're in more big wildlife prone areas. Most animals want nothing to do with humans, even at night. Making noise when hiking so you don't startle an animal when coming around a corner helps too. Definitely check out the NPS website of you're looking for national park info on areas to visit, or shoot me an email!
