You were first captivated by your vampire crush when you saw a drawing of hers at the library. It was on display for having won an award, and as soon as you saw it, you knew you had to meet the person who made it. And once you met her, you knew you had to see her again. That's how she became your tutor, and for months now, you've been looking for the right moment to tell her how you feel. But it hasn't been easy. She's just so incredibly shy, and she has terrible self-esteem issues...
Well, being a vampire in modern times can't be easy. Vampires have been mostly integrated into society, but they're not exactly accepted. Is there a good reason for that?
Nightshade's notes: This is my first video where I wrote my own script! And I've got to admit, I'm super nervous about it. But I do hope you'll enjoy it! And I want to give my thanks to everyone who encouraged me to try writing some scripts of my own.
I always fall hardest for those characters who have low self-worth and are afraid of hurting those they love. So I guess it's no real surprise that my first script is something like this. If you'd be interested in a second part, please do let me know!

I saw the video pop into existence, and I smiled. I read the description and learned who wrote it, and I grinned. This script is so good! It doesn't hurt that it checks, like, every single box for things I like. Vampires, shy girls, protective, not-so-monstrous monsters, reverse comfort, all the fun stuff. But even disregarding that stuff, it's really well-written! The lines are very natural, and the world seems legitimate, too. I don't know how to write giant essays about these videos the way some can, but know that I hold this video and your skills as a writer in the highest possible regard.

Your own script. Your first script. I listened carefully and I really liked what I heard. It was a pleasure to listen to it. It was soft, but not fake. It was sweet, but not cloying. It felt sincere and real because of your emotions. I liked that the acquaintance happened through art. It seems to be nothing special, but I don’t remember ever hearing a role-playing audio with such a beginning of a relationship. Sometimes, to create something unique, it is enough to take something very simple. And it worked well. Although I can't call myself an artist, but for the last few months I've been trying to draw something in my spare time sometimes. So this story felt very comfortable and easy for me to imagine myself in that situation. This brought a pleasant little smile to my face. I like that there is a strong emphasis on the danger of this. And it really got me thinking. But I also like how the listener uses some statistics to convince her. So simple and so realistic. Again, I don't remember hearing anything like that. In general, I like this combination of earthiness and realism with feelings and emotions. It feels like meeting people who, although they have loving hearts, are also mature individuals. I also like the mention that vampires are killed by humans. Vampires are dangerous, yes, but also beautiful. It would be sad if they disappeared or were completely replaced by people. Perhaps it is wrong to compare sentient beings to animals in this way, but I thought at that moment about endangered or already extinct species of predators. Yes they can be stronger alone and yes they are dangerous. But without them, the world loses its colors. For example tigers. There is no doubt that this is a much more capable creature for killing compared to an unarmed human. But would you like them to completely disappear from our planet? I wouldn't want it. On the other hand, vampires are intelligent. In fact, it is even difficult to consider them as a separate species, because they are so similar to us and were once ordinary humans. In general, thinking about vampires, I think how much good they could bring to humanity. Due to their immortality, they can endlessly improve in their field as well as being teachers. Imagine if one of the brilliant scientists or composers or architects or artists became a vampire and could continue to do what they are doing? But this is in an ideal world. Unfortunately, the world we live in is far from ideal. In our world, most likely all vampires would be captured by the government to control this immortality and only the leaders of the countries had access to this. Imagine a militant mad dictator with a lust for power who has also become immortal. I often think that mortality is a blessing that humanity does not realize. It's a pity to lose wonderful people. But at least before death we are all equal. This means that no matter how much power and money is collected in the hands of one cruel and heartless person, sooner or later death itself will overtake him. At the very moment when humanity learns to overcome its mortality, on the same day the sunset for human civilization and freedom will begin. But luckily for me, I won't live to see it. Better a horrible end than a nightmare without end. But I digress. I like that it's quite a long audio. But to be honest, it didn't feel long to me. It felt like I was listening to something that lasted about 15 minutes. Time flew by quite imperceptibly while I was listening to this. I could probably write something else, but I think it's time to stop. The most important: This is a great script and I'd love to hear more! Thank you.

I'm so happy that you wrote such a long comment for my first script! Some of the things you touched on were things I was really nervous about. I worried it was silly to take a being like a vampire and make her an art tutor. Or to assuage her fears with something as simple and practical as a website. Was I taking away the allure of the supernatural by making her story so everyday, or was I making that allure accessible to people who need more of that in their normal lives? I suppose I still don't know for sure, but now I know at least one person liked it, so something about it must have worked. I like your comparison of vampires to endangered creatures. Of course, it's like you say, a sentient being is different from an animal, but there are things to be learned from recognizing how humans behave in one situation, and the consequences of that behavior, that can be kept in mind when creating a fantasy scenario like this one. I didn't really start out with the intention of doing so much world building, but I found I couldn't just drop a vampire into our world without coming up against all kinds of questions. And I didn't want to take the easy route out. If I'm creating a world where vampires are real, I didn't want it to be as simple as vampires ruling the world with their ultimate power, or even humans hunting them to near extinction. I wanted it to be complex and layered. And so I was really hoping that the video would be popular enough to justify a sequel, because I have so many ideas that I want to explore. @@nightshadequeenasmr Allure of the supernatural or realism. It's probably a matter of taste. Both things are good. But for me they are better when they are in harmony. Sometimes vampires are made too ordinary, depriving them of all their strength and abilities, simply turning them into sick people addicted to blood. Sometimes, on the contrary, vampires are turned into some kind of animals that are not interested in anything other than food. Yes, thirst is eternal, no one argues, but there is also time to think about lofty matters in between bloodsucking. I could compare it to painting. Yes, you can draw anything, absolutely anything. But still, if you want it to be believable, then you need to think about perspective and anatomy and shading and more. Even drawing fantasy creatures. Fantastic but believable. A vampire who is many years old should at least do something all these years, except to sit in his castle. Something else besides food and sleep. And art is a great thing. Skills can be improved throughout life. Even during eternal life. And when you have skills that you yourself have achieved, it is only natural to want to share your experience with others. To be honest, your vampire makes a lot more sense to me than most other vampires. I really wish there was a sequel.

Are you sure this is your first script you've written because its phenomenal! The way you have written it, you can just feel the passion coming from both the writing and your voice. It just feels so fluid and organic throughout the whole thing. The level of immersion you are able to create with your voice and how you make it flow so well is just spectacular. This was such a beautiful audio to experience. From the amazing script to the tender and beautiful VA work, everything was just top notch. To be a vampire in a world where you're just trying to survive in a world full of humans. I can't even imagine the emotional turmoil they must go through, especially with how human society would shun them. You portray this weary and wary character perfectly. The tired and slightly nonchalant voice works so well to portray a sense of.. hopelessness, let's say. It makes me just want to hug her and tell her it's going to be okay. The hidden pain that can come from circumstances that others don't fully understand, circumstances that the world tries to simplify into black and white rather than see the shades of grey. I share your soft spot for characters with low self-esteem. This was excellent, by far one of the better ASMR videos I've come across. It made me a new subscriber of yours on its quality alone. I enjoyed the world building and would like to hear how the story progresses You obviously will have some ideas of your own. But my first thought was given the apparent hostility to vanpires in this setting, that the human listener may encounter prejudice for dating her. Maybe the roles then reverse and she comforts them.

Haha, I wish I could say I had a fit of inspiration, but I wrote the first draft of this like 3-4 months ago, shortly after I first started making audios, and it's taken me this long to work up the courage to get it out. Ahhhhh yeah. I've got ADHD, so for me when I write, I'm usually either completely in the zone and super productive, or I can't keep my attention on the doc and before I know it I've spent 5 straight hours browsing TV tvtropes or something. This is the first thing I've written and finished and shared with anyone in years. Not the same thing, I know, but neurodivergency is a pain. I hope you're able to get past your slump.

@@nightshadequeenasmr Oh how I sympathize. It's a pain alright. My lack of practice and experience are my two biggest obstacles though. The Autism just aggravates them. It's not helped further by me having understimulated this whole time too. I have the ideas, it's just been hard to get them on to the page. Also, I made a really short sighted move with one of my stories and got a little "gun shy" as it were.

Is it odd to not be nervous that you invited a vampire to your home? So many gasp and shake their heads wildly, citing old vampire movies and myths about their behavior. I mean, yes, they do have a sensitivity to sunlight, but between sunscreen, hats and long sleeves thats not a terrible burden. Unable to enter unless bidden? Well, most aren't interested in getting charged with trespassing ( they DO have vampires on the police force, you know?) or getting arrested for 'remaining where forbidden'. I admit, hiring an art tutor seemed kind of crazy. I mean, I can barely draw breath. But after meeting her....I had to see her again. She seemed a little nervous at first; she was the center of attention when we met at a gala event. She naturally drew the eye: Small, but perfectly formed. A calm, lovely face with wide expressive eyes, framed by the most glorious flame colored hair you ever saw. A firm, mobile mouth that seemed made for smiling- her fangs were barely noticable, honestly. Her figure was trim, with a grace of motion that made every gesture poetry. She dressed modestly-unlike many tweens and college girls that pranced around in torn lace and black lipstick, following the latest 'Vamp-chic" fashion nonsense. Her sense of style mirrored her drawing; elegant and understated. But when seen as a whole, she- like her art- stole one's breath away............................................................Yeah, I got it bad.

We’d had a wonderful evening- she danced even better than she drew, and she had finally begun to relax into the idea of dating a normal. We were going to take a little drive up to the lake after: there was a perfect spot I wanted to share with her. Coming out of the hall, I spotted something wrong; I had a flat tire. Grumbling, I took off my jacket and started rummaging around in the trunk for the spare, Jack and lug wrench. "Oh,no." Her voice, suddenly tense, drew my attention from the lug nuts I was trying to loosen a bit before I used the jack. I turned to see a small group of toughs in a semicircle around us. The one in the middle had a grin I didn’t like. He took a step forward. “Messing around with a vamp? Kinda dangerous, dontcha think?” I changed my grip on the lug wrench, knowing this was going to get ugly fast. Small packs of jerks like this were going after vampires - usually going after individuals they could overwhelm quickly. They also went after normals that were involved with vampires. It never ended well. I squared up with the leader, waiting for the first punch, when a sweet voice broke the stillness. “Honey? We’re going to be late.” All eyes turned to her. A beautiful woman in a long dress, opera gloves and high heels….casually holding the front of my '47 Packard off the ground with one hand. Her face was serene, but her eyes were sharp and warning. The bunch hesitated, then slowly began to back away , then as one turned and scuttled away. Lord above, how I love this woman.

And it's for this that I won't let you go. I feel safe, calm and happy with you around, but expecially when you are happy. With you I can talk about everything without fearing to be judged, fooled or larghezza behind and you helped me a lot to improve my art. I feel that if you go, I could lose everything I gained in this time: my inspiration, my faith, my hope. Her: "But I'm a vampire. I.." Me: "I don't care. You gave me so much to keep my hope for, and I won't lose that. So, please, don't leave me."

"Monster" ? Monster is title given based on someone actions, not based on what they are. "Predator" ? A predator is a animal guided by instint that will not hesitate to feed if given a chance. The ability to choice to spare someone live even if it mean going hungry is exclusive to people. The fact she goes out of her way make sure she not a threat to anyone and abide by the so called "safety tips" prove that she neither a monster nor a predator, but a good person if one with special needs. A person with a weapon can just as deadly as vampire, they both have the potencial to kill. Anyone can be monster, regardless of their race, but it is their choice if they want became one. After all, monster are made, not born.

I Been a Soldier sense my Highschool Days . 6 years ago i joind the 🇸🇪army 5 years i was in a Peacekeeping mission in mali Afrika that went REALY BAD. 60 men and women Vs 300 Rebels .by the 3 day it was only 15 of us . And at the endof the nighet I was taken. 7 munths of "toying" whit me . I seen freands Die. i been Tortyrde . I SEEN a Young Girl Been R@pet intro of me by a low ass rebel who was trying to break me into talking wihile i was prisoner.
