Hello. All the way from South Africa😊I just started following you and I love your content and all the informationa you share about the products you use, just sucks we don't get them here in South Africa. But anyway I have a 2 question, what products would you suggest for someone who suffers with excema on their sculp? I have been battling with excema for a few years now. Second question, I have dry hair and most oils do not agree with my hair such as coconut oil, my hair does not soak it up and it tends to leave my hair a little more dry. Do you know any other oils that might take to my hair?

I've been slowly restoring health to my damaged bleached ends using your tips, oil i would say is the best thing for it in my experience🙂 but finding a shampoo and conditioner has been a struggle, the calia purifying line for normal hair isn't as hydrating as I need rn, it definitely worked best for my virgin hair 😅

Maybe you could try their hydrating one, or the native coconut and vanilla moisturizing shampoo and conditioner are great too! (I know this is an old comment but I thought I could help!)

You’ve mentioned before that your boyfriend has naturally curly hair and uses some of your products. I have naturally curly ringlets past my hips. I am wanting to continue growing my hair. I was wondering if you can share some tips or products for naturally curly hair. I loosely follow the curly girl method, but I’d love to not use styling products some too. I’m worried about damaging my curls by brushing or combing them though. I’ve heard that curly hair shouldn’t be brushed dry because it can be damaging just as brushing straight hair while wet is damaging. Any tips for the curly girl wanting longer and healthier hair? I typically have my hair up in various styles to protect it, but I wear it curly and open 1-3 days a week too.

@saraha55223 жыл бұрын
Well I am not Anna but what really worked for me personally was to start taking hair vitamins. Worked better than castor oil or coconut oil. Now I rarely ever even need to oil my hair (but I still do it occasionally) and even if I go for weeks without oiling it my hair doesn't fall out anymore. I take biotin of course but also all the B vitamins in general, niacin and a brand called Phytophanere but I think any B complex would work.

Capillary schedule needs us to wash our hair 3 times a week. But washing our hair too often is bad right? For how many months should one follow the capillary schedule
@OrganicallyAnna3 жыл бұрын
It depends on the schedule you follow! You can customize it to fit your preferences. I like to wash my hair 3x per week so I follow my schedule that way. It's best to switch up your schedule monthly or every other month

I read somewhere that if you do scalp massages every night before bed, it lowers the chances of it working how it’s supposed to. Is that true?):

@essie34563 жыл бұрын
@@OrganicallyAnna Okay then, i will start doing it as well! :)

@@OrganicallyAnna I think it lowers the chances of working because your scalp gets used to it, so it doesn’t stimulate hair growth as good anymore.

My hair is falling it's so thin, any advice ?
@queenkoi3 жыл бұрын
Hey, I saw your comment. First thing is try not to become too stressed from it, many things cause hair loss and most are temporary only. I have thigh length hair now but ten years ago it fell out in handfuls after illness. I know this feeling ❤ a few things to try, please check your iron levels, ensure your diet is full of robust, nutrient dense foods, check your hormones, sometimes they contribute to or cause hair loss. Also evaluate your stress level, prolonged stress can do it as well. Check your normal hairstyles, do they distribute stress evenly on the hair or do they pull in the same way, on the same areas, everyday? Braids are great if they are not too tight, same with buns. Scalp massage helps promote hair growth. If your hair is very fine, things that minimize breakage help a lot. This includes stopping bleach, minimizing or stopping heat styling and using a protective style or bonnet at night. Don't lose heart ♥ it will get better.
