I'm new to nettles but heard they were good for hair loss. I've been soaking fresh leaves in alcohol and was going to make a dual extract. Many videos are about nettle root though. I think I'll take the nettles I've soaked and press them and simmer for a while and combine them for my hair tonic. My hair loss and remedies were kind of accidental. I make extracts of medicinal mushrooms and heard reishi was used for hair loss prevention. I'd been using as a sleep enhancer so as to experiment on myself. So I made a hair tonic and started using in topically. I've added two other ingrediants since I started , about 6 months ago. I have fine hair coming in and wanted to up the game with adding nettle to both the topical and ingested tonic. I've been bald for 20 years or so and don't really care , but a cure for male pattern baldness does interest me. Any thoughts would be welcome. I liked and subbed and agree your hair is amazing. I've heard elsewhere that nettles is an amazing plant. Taste great too.

Today I made a nettle peppermint tea, drank half and poured the rest over my scalp and hair after washing, masking and conditioning. Next time I plan to mix nettle and elderflower since our neighbors elder tree hangs over our yard and is blooming. I think this will be a fun challenge.

I’m training to become a diver so I go swimming regularly. My biggest tip is to put coconut oil in your lengths and ends a couple hours before you go swimming and keep your hair in a braid. Don’t be shy on the coconut oil! I usually also put rosemary oil on my scalp and do a massage. Double cleanse with shampoo and you’re good!❤️

Heres mine: Skin care (dark eye circle balm from ROC, retinoid, and a color correcting moisturizer that calms my sensitive skin Maybe a light amount of bronzing drops or self tanner Do eyebrow maintinence To take away from not using any skin tints/bb/cc creams/foundation or concealer ill do an everyday smokey eye not so much eyeshadow but more eyeliner thats smudged out also i feel like it masks my dark eye circles Then a good lip plumper And a nice cheek tint No highlighter, no contouring, no bronzer Then ill just wear colors that compliment me and do my hair and wear pretty jewlery also i feel like blush can hide/take away from acne/scarring and dark circles and ill sometimes wear pimple patches

I feel like loreal lumi glotion or tanning is a good alternative to tinted moisturizer/bb creams/ bronzer/highlighter/ concealer and foundation!

I do not like that Herbal Glo moisturizer doesn't give an exact break down of their ingredients. It only provides a vague description like "Herbal Glo is a unique blend of natural plants, roots, and leaves" without specifying the exact ingredients which means they are hiding something. That's a red flag. Their website doesn't show any additional list. Therefore, I will have to past.

Like I also cut my hair from hip length to chest it's been 5 months still feels like I'm going die why I cut my hairs when did they grow long again the main reason for my cut is I go from super healthy thickest hair girlie to thin hair that was traumatizing and then the people commenting oh what happens to your hair I feels.like Deep down they are happy it's the worst thing ever happens to me can anybody help🤧😩

Listen I have similiar acne but mine is dam itchy and painful 😣. Products don’t even work on my face. I went and got a peel last week and that worsened my face 😭😭. I’m now trying the zinc pyrithione and hope it will work.
