HI GIRL! just wanted to give a small advice I might be wrong but i worked at a dermatologist for a long time so would like to give you a tip and i hope it helps you and your skin. I know like you said you workout so is it that you take protein shakes or weigh protein to maintain your body and muscle if so that could be the reason for you to have acne and breakout. Please dont take this as mean comment I am genuinely trying to help you. My husband had the same issue, he stopped having protein and dairy and his skin cleared up completely.

Thank you! I would just look for something with similar ingredients. For the rose hair elixir, you can just mix some of your favourite oils together to make your own, or you can just use your one favourite :)
@j64534 жыл бұрын
Where do you typically shop for or buy your hair products? Assuming you buy them online, do you get them on each manufacturer's website or do you order them from a storefront (Amazon, etc)? Also, how do you locate good products? Do you look mostly at the ingredients or do you just try different ones to see which ones you like?
@OrganicallyAnna4 жыл бұрын
I usually order them off of the manufacturer's websites, or if I can get it in store at a health store or something I'll try to do that. I'm really iffy about buying products on Amazon because a lot of the stuff listed there might be unsafe, unless Amazon is listed as an authorized seller on the manufacturer's website. I usually look at the ingredients, but it's also a bit of trial and error trying to figure out what works best for my hair :)

I’m still figuring out how to care for my hair. Recently, I tried lightly oiling my scalp every night for about to weeks (the bottle said it was good enough for daily use) and I got some INSANE dandruff. The dandruff slowly went away once I stopped using the oil. Kind of scared of putting any oil on my scalp at this point. 😂
@immathechopsticksthatjinal54414 жыл бұрын
Hi! Use pure oils like virgin coconut or olive oils.
@OrganicallyAnna4 жыл бұрын
Just be careful about which oils! Sometimes over oiling can cause dandruff because it's a buildup of oil or product. Using a clarifying rinse like the apple cider vinegar rinse can help

It depends on the cause! If it's due to a buildup of oil, using a clarifying rinse once a week or once every 2 weeks can help. If it's due to dryness, using a gentle shampoo and being consistent with scalp treatments can soothe the dryness

Just curious. I’m trying to train my hair to not get so oily by only washing my hair 3x a week. On the days when I don’t shampoo my hair I’m still water washing my hair. Should I put a shower cap on on the days I don’t wash my hair?

How you get your hair long and beautiful
@vedaf.51694 жыл бұрын
I use both the scalp treatments from the innate life and blue beautifully and I loose a lot of hair after I wash it off ( it also makes the rest of the hair very soft and nice). But it kinda bothers me that I have to loose so much hair. Is this normal? It's a way of how the product work like getting rid of the weak hair or something?
@OrganicallyAnna4 жыл бұрын
It’s normal to lose hair while oiling! You’re massaging the scalp and manipulating the hair, so any “lose” strands that were going to fall out anyway will come out more easily. The oil is also heavier on the strands so any hairs that get lost in our length when they first fall out will also come out, and it feels like you’re losing a lot of hair but it’s normal. If they cause any irritation or itching then stop using them 🖤

Me too KZbin didn't exist when my kids were born so I had NO info about how to care for hair and I was in a vicious cycle of dyeing my hair and frying it that way, then having to cut it off even though I wanted long hair but I also wanted red hair! So I kept dyeing it and then I kept having to cut it off because it was fried. Now thanks to KZbin I have discovered henna and I can have my red hair without frying it, but now I don't have much hair anymore because it all fell out after I had my babies.
