I was 11 years old and Everytime I walked into Footlocker that year they were the shoe that caught everyone I mean everyone's attention! Even Footlocker was a new store! They had flavor!!!! And I also loved the Fila and Ewing 33 hi was all that I could afford so I got the OG Next Sports Ewing Athletic Georgetown colorway and had my friends loving em. Accuall traded another friend for the command force lol. He liked those Ewings so bad and thought the forces were too big but really were his size 😂. That's how I got my pair in 1991-92. Back then models stayed around in stores for many years. Wish it were that way now. Wish when it came to sneakers that sellers are not to by them all up online. Online sneaker stores should be stopped!!! Should be only stores that are popular that are allowed to sell online. It's sad that when a retro model comes out that the stores sell out the first day week month. It's sad. Everyone and every store should have the right to keep em in stock and stop online predators taking advantage and overcharging the poor mid class who can't get their hands on a pair of shoes. It's highway robbery. It is one of the reasons why stores get no attention now a days. I'm glad I grew up in the 90s. And sneaker brands need to do better detail in retros. I mean don't half donkey it. Lol. 🙏
