I love Penny line and I think they have some of my favourite basketball shoes. I had an original black colourway when they came out for a litle period of time and I returned to the shop because they were too narrow...Great reviews!!!!

They coached at a school called Lester here in Memphis. And penny cached east high school. wiseman played at east as well. And Penny started coaching because of Dez. That maybe the reason for the shoe.

Dez was Penny's childhood friend. He made it to play college basketball and then became a high school basketball coach. Same school they both attended when they were younger. Dez died of colon cancer and asked Penny to take care of his kids if he were to pass away. His cancer was bad, so Penny did just that. He got them 3 championships. Do it for Dez!!!!!

Growing up in Memphis playing basketball 🏀 and being good at it was a big deal this shoe is dedicated to too his HIGHSCHOOL teammate Dez of Tredwell High in North Memphis in the Mitchell heights area Penny got to live the Memphis basketball dream of the 90’s playing for coach Larry Finch at Memphis State Dez was a talented PG at Tredwell high and he won the state with Penny He’s the reason Penny started coaching Lester middle school in Binghamton and went to coach at Memphis East high school to 3 state championships Larry Finch had a major I’m pact on penny and Dez
