An absolute weapon of a shoe is the Adidas Adizero Boston 12. Wasn’t a fan of adidas running shoes but these are incredible. You can do fast tempo runs and slow easy runs in them. Fibre glass rods in the shoe help with the slower runs but when you step on the gas they give you loads of spring and feedback.

Hi mate , I’ve heard this a few times to be honest, I think the next pair of trainers I buy will be non Nike just to see what’s out there and they are right at the top of my list! You just putting that comment has just reinforced what a lot of people have said 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👊👊

I was sceptical but I’ve tried them on various different runs and I love them. I’m a new balance guy normally(Propel V4 and Rebel V3)and I have a pair of vaporflys which I love for race days but I’m really enjoying the Boston 12’s and I’m seriously thinking of using them for my next 10K race.

@@drdesign4890there’s plenty of good shoes out there, I’ve just got stuck in the Nike ecosystem 🤣cheers for the heads up though mate 👊and good luck with your next race

I have a similar Nike collection (I just can't seem to find a better fitting brand - except for a slight intermittent arch blister from my Invincible 3's I've never had a blister or any rubbing) and 100% agree about the Streak Fly, they're very much under-rated. I do most of my faster interval workouts in them, so must subconsciously associate them with that endorphin rush of knowing I've pushed as hard as I can. I see them on sale a lot too so should really pick up a spare pair. I went Zoom Fly / Pegasus instead of Vomero though, but I had similar problems with the Zoom Fly feeling flat until I'd put about 30 miles on them. Have had the Pegasus 39, 40 and now 41, and although I get they're a bit boring, they've always done the job and make great everyday trainers when retired from the rotation. Interesting video and observations - thanks for sharing!

Hi John 👍🏻 cheers for your comment mate , I nearly went that way with the zoom fly and Pegasus by the sounds of it looks like it wouldn’t have mattered either way. It’s so frustrating to have to bed them in etc . Been out in the vomero 17’s tonight and there still the same 😮
