It’s aluminum coating not glass like the iPhone 7. It should be fine with normal day wear. Get the ultra in black if you want something more rugged,

Im still wearing my Apple Watch 5 in black stainless steel , it still looks good but battery came down to 75% after 5 years so I think it’s a good time to upgrade? I’m scared the jet black will scratch quickly , but paying so much € more for the titanium I’m not sure it’s worth it…

My S5 Nike Aluminum has been living in the 65% battery range for months. Had a S0 SS and tempted to get the Natural Titanium S10 but the Jet Black aluminum looks stunning but not sure if I’ll get it since most of my watch bands pair better with SS/aluminum (and don’t really wear black watches even before the AW arrived)

@@porterway last time apple used Jet Black as a color it scratched just from being put on a charger. It looked horrible weeks after owning even if you babied the phone. Maybe its better this time though

@@pulsar9354audio mix is really nice esp when shooting videos outside like in restaurants or any public places. Apple intelligence is very very nice except it's available also in 15 pros. Zero shutter lag is nice too for 48m...android has huge shutter lag still. Ultrawide at 48mp is nice too for group shots in reunions and clearer action mode...better stabilized video. Better cinematic up to 120fps is not useful for me though. Camera button is nice for school fights or any urgents shots without thought. Visual intelligence is nice so Google Lens and ChatGPT will be easily accessed and used even by dumb or non techie people. Bigger display...nah, not noticeable. 2x faster video exporting etc after editting even for photos may be nice sometimes. More battery life may be nice but needs to be tested first.

Why is it that the ultra 2, which is supposed to be the best you can get in a watch, has the SIP9 when the series 10 gets the SIP10? All the specs I’m seeing from their website show the only difference from ultra and ultra 2 is the ultra has a blood oxygenation feature while the 2 doesn’t, and the 2 has sleep apnea detection while the 1st gen doesn’t. What gives??
