This concert was at New Birth in Lithonia, GA. It was (if I can remember) either in nov. or dec. of 06. They announced it on the radio for at least 2 wks prior to the concert. Just about all the gospel greats do a concert at his church (Bishop Eddie Long, New Birth)

Why are people so smitten w/ her...she does NOT have a wide range...she operates totally in the soprano octave(she just knows how to manipulate it well). She has a 3 octave range at most!!! Sorry...to disappoint people.

Is it Godly to question her anointing, when she is going from city to city, state to state, across the nation, proclaiming the word of God through her gift (which is not limited to only singing and playing) leading souls to Christ so that they may be save, for the up building of the kingdom? Look at who she is representing.

O.k.....all I will say is that save the criticism to yourself. If it is not constructive, going to help her becoming a better singer, or better yet, if you are not going to tell her that in person, then why say anything at all. It's funny how there is always someone out there who wants to stir up trouble and start something negative in a place where only positive things are taking place.

She could have easily went to the r&b mainstream, or pop music and did real well for herself....but she rather proclaim the word of God and spread his gospel, his truths. And we have the audacity to question her anointing? What have you done for God lately? How many people do you witness to? How many people, if you do witness, actually listens to you? Let's just simply quit tearing down individuals who are trying to build up the kingdom (especailly when they are acutally doing it)!!!!

LOL...well thanks man! At least I'm not alone. I do believe in the annointing, BUT everybody who does runs/riffs throughout the ENTIRE song does not seem to exemplify the annointing because that takes away from the prescence of the Lord and just puts the "talent" in and not the "gift"...still feel me? lol.
