It’s just my opinion is all but respect yours as well which I do agree with. It’s sad though it didn’t get the recognition it should..thinking of it now instead of at that moment. My first record was Shout and I brought it to art class in the 4h grade to listen to. Everyone thought my Twin and I were Devil worshipers..it was a Catholic School, not too smart thinking back on it but pretty funny. Thought I’d share a little Crüe story there.

I was never a fan of MC,,,and I am really surprised that N6 has survived all these years,,,however watching their movie and personal tragedies in N6 life explains a lot! So happy he truly is a survivor!!! Listening to interviews like this one, i came to realize N6 is a really interesting, intelligent, positive man!

"Danger" is my favorite Motley song. Nikki was signing books throughout this video!!! Great dude! Never mind what he used to do, it happened almost 40 years ago. He was a douche bag, but he's not the same guy that he was...

Thanks Nikki for being such an inspiration I'm a bassist and wannabe songwriter so I love your story. Thanks for giving me motivation to wanna quit heroin I haven't been able to yet but the first step is to actually really wanna quit, and you got me there so thanks! even though you'll probably never even read this because I'm commenting on something you'll never look at. Lol how smart am I jeez!

I am seemingly the opposite of him yet so much of my life parallels his. Be a survivor, Nikki. Continue to rock and be better.

@Nikki Sixx This is too cool that you opened up a chat room for fans Nikki! I would be honored to share a story of my love of Motley Crue with you. I’ve loved MC since I was a kid. I was a young girl growing up in Baltimore and I loved music. I had MC posters above my bed :) I had just turned 14 and MC was playing at the Baltimore Civic Center. I didn’t have $1 to my name but I was determined to see MC that night. I got myself to the concert and lucky for me part of the Civic Center was under construction. I saw this as an opportunity to sneak into the building. So I pulled apart some chain link fencing that was around the construction area and slid myself through the fencing. Then I kicked in some dry wall and created a hole big enough to crawl through. I wound up inside the building at the nose bleed seating section and I got to see my first MC concert! It was incredible. I met a girl that night, her name is Vanessa and we are still best friends to this day. I had an extremely difficult childhood (I’m sure you can relate), and rock music was my escape, my fantasy. Your music made it possible for a young girl to have dreams and have fun, even if her home situation was not a good one. You rock Nikki Sixx and I’ll always be a fan xoxo

@Nikki Sixx my name is Mary Hazelwood and I live in Florida (Flagler County). I've been supporting the band for many years, I would say 40 years of loving MC. I honestly can't believe I'm able to write to you. Very exciting for a fan to write to a mega rock star such as yourself 🎸

I would like a signed copy of Nikki's book too. However I know I probably will never get one but I have all of his books unsigned or otherwise. They're wonderful. I would only like assigned one because it would be personal from Nikki.

Although I’ve been a Motley Crüe fun since basically the beginning as I had friends in bands and one had this cassette tape with Motley Crüe, and being a heavy rock person at the time and these band friends had started to then do covers of this new band called Motley Crüe and a few other different bands also, but I played the shit out of that tape, and as soon as I could bought it on vinyl and still have some on vinyl however having everything released by Motley Crüe I’ve now got it on CD and the good old iTunes, anyway my point here is beyond being a fan truly believe Nikki Sixx is and has become a fantastic road model and influence as ok he’s out there and some don’t like that, well so what as his hearts in the right place as very family oriented and try’s to be a normal father to his children, plus he helps charities and donating funds towards them and so many others projects, but just the way he answers questions when interviewed or similar things like this he shows how do the earth and intelligent he actually is, although most of us fans know that as he is a fantastic song writer 🤟🏼
