Just what a genre full of overly serious 'evil' muscisians needs once in a while. Wasn't really aware of IA but this video will be remembered for sure. Poser hiphop gangster/pimp appearance for a deathmetal/grindcore band is fucking hilarious and refreshing. The little gestures and moves reveal they know their material inside-out. Professional and goofy all at once. Love it. Extreme metal needs more bands with this mindset. Serious about their music but not so much regarding image or everything else. I feel right at home.

I wasn't a huge fan of the band until this album came out. It's been almost a year since it came out and I haven't stopped listening to it. It such a huge step up from their previous work. They have dropped a majority of the breakdowns and focused a lot more on the guitar work and overall song writing. It's an incredible album, but it's barely deathcore. It has deathcore elements on a some of the songs, but the music is completely unique to this band.

People aren't wrong when they say that their drums are programmed. Aaron Kitcher can play the drums that fast, it's just that programmed drums sound heavier in the studio and sound better than if he plays them on an actual drum set. Also, they never play live, but there are some videos of the drummer playing in real-time.

I wish they played live. They could all play their parts live, but how long could they keep it up for is the question. Aaron could probably get through a couple songs before needing to either take a break or, if they ever write super slow sludgy stuff, play slower stuff for a bit. A whole set of just super fast stuff of theirs I couldn't see them playing more than 3 songs. Even screaming fast wears you out quick.

The drums aren't all programmed lol. I love when people talk out of their ass when they literally have zero information on this. Aaron wrote and programmed the drums on the RoS album he did for them, but stuff in IA is mostly tracked using an E kit and Quantization of the triggers. Please learn a little bit about music before you talk about it thanks lol
