I met Tatiana after a show in Lexington KY. I happened to catch Alex's attention while he was breaking the stage down and showed him my portrait tattoo of her. He was so amazed by it and when I asked him " do you think she'd sign it so I can get her signature tattooed?" He's like " you know. She just might. " He went and talked to her and I waited around . The tour manager came out to see me and was super nice. Alex came out and got me and took me back to the locker rooms. I was not prepared for the tiny, demure, super shy lady that I met 😂. If I saw Tatiana in public, and didn't know her, I'd probably guess she's a librarian or something. The sensational beast of a woman she is on stage- the vocal shifts, the energy, the commanding presence- totally gone and here's this very shy , quiet lady staring at my arm smiling. I will absolutely never forget how kind and sweet they BOTH are!!

All of the members has proved they can to whatever genre they want. Though I would've liked to see them do something that resemble Opeths "Damnation" album which is their softest album. It is always fun to see collabs. Maybe with other musicians. Like Dirty Loops, or Senri Kawaguchi...

Saw Jinjer for the first time last year in Germany as a support for BFMV. But initially I come from Ukraine, from the same city as Eugene. And Tatiana's home city I also know well. Both cities are occupied by Russia since 2014. I left my home region Donbass 10 years ago. I listen mostly to metalcore. It helps me to cope with depressive thoughts...

Undeniable one of the best singers hails from modern metal. She's an impeccable technical vocal typically of herself only.Mainly in living performances when her always delivers such a spectacle of show along with Jinjer.I undoubtedly can put her on the map of the great vocalist from her generation,it taking in consideration:vocal performance keenly, stage presence perfect domain. So she has all of essential elements to be considered a high-profile artist, especially at pacing between the guttural vocals to clean and melodic ones;where she does it greatly without moving out the tune.Of course, her vocal quality is sizeable to sing songs from the most variety of style and genre running through the pop music until the outnumbering of heavy metal subgenre, confortably.

First off, just in case Tati decides to read YT comments after all... love you, love the band, and if you put out a disco album or whatever, I'll buy it. 🙂 I just wanted to make the point that just because a band progresses doesn't mean people have to like where the progression leads. I love Metallica's 80s stuff but don't like their 90s stuff. It's perfectly fine if other people like it (and obviously many people do), but that's just my personal taste. Likewise, some will like Jinjer's early stuff but maybe not so much their later stuff, or vice versa. It's all cool. What's not cool is being an asshole about it. I admit, I've been guilty of it at times myself, in the way I've phrased my opinions. I've said things like "Metallica was great then they went to shit in the 90s" when I should have said something like "I love the first four Metallica albums, but their 90s stuff isn't my cup of tea, personally."

With Trent Reznor The Fragile album was something he had the backburner. Tracks he worked on since Pretty Hate Machine. All through his career and then does it. I see this happening with Tatiana for sure! No comparison btw i mean in an artists perspective of when to just make that amzing album. Id love to see Tati do something similar. What an amazing interview! Probably the best I've seen with Tati! My first runthrough with Tati was Waltz. That was the song that made me decide to check them out. Been there since. Faiund Infected Rain through Jinjer. Infected Rain is my favorite band but Tati is a metal goddess. So is Lena. Lena and Tati need to do an album together! Please i hope that happens.

He says, in his awesome Ukrainian accent, "Yes thank you, we can't wait to play for you guys tonight."
