​​​​​​@@rhinovandam I dont think they can because this game takes inspirations not just from DKCTF but also Rayman Legends and Crash 4. Also the main chars, enemies, and environments are very different than DKCTF or DKC Returns. The only similarity to DKCTF/Returns is the 2.5D gameplay which lets be honest is not enough to win a lawsuit. Besides nintendo barely cares enough about DK otherwise we would already have at least a new DK game by now. I'm waiting for it to release on Steam or physical ps5 copy which at least for the Steam version should come very soon so I'm not really worried about the tendo ninjas at this point. Also Marsupilami Hubadventure is even more similar to DKCTF and the game is still up for purchase on Steam at least so I'm pretty sure we'll be allright

The key USP of Niko over it’s competitors would be, this game is not too difficulty like Crash bandicoot nor too expensive like DKG , it will hit bulls eye 🎯
