To get there, Russians must gain Donbas and Luhansk and also gain Odesa for ceasefire and peace agreement after Russians giving up Odesa and keeping Luhansk and Donbas and the land corridor. There is a long road ahead for Russia with more human death toll to get there while global economy is on the brink of collapse due to higher energy prices, lack supply and inflation due to energy prices. We can get there faster if Russians can only be militarily capable rather than being too slow and acting like dum* Orcs.

Russians are no more dum* Orcs than Americans were dum* Orcs in Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan, but they are at war with the whole nation and Ukrainians have strong motivation because they are defending their country and also have modern Western weapons, while Russian soldiers have lower morale because they often don't even know why they're fighting. At the beginning of the war, the Ukrainians also had a better combat experience, as they had been fighting in Donbas for 8 years. Putin's friend Sergei Shoigu also appears to be a very incompetent defense minister.
