Thank you, I appreciate all comments. The Z50 is a great little camera, we use one to record our videos. Would love to see what you create if you feel like uploading your videos/timelapse to KZbin. Enjoy the process of creating timelapses, I really should get out and create some more myself. Cheers.

Hello, can you tell me, how much shots can Z6 take with 1 battery in timelaplse mode?
@pictureworldphotography2 жыл бұрын
Just completed a test to see how many shots I can get and with a fully charged battery and lens set to F4, ISO100, screen off, mechanical shutter, 2 sec interval I got 3000 shots with 2 bars left on the battery, so by my reckoning I should be able to get at least another 1000 shots before the battery runs out of power, pretty good battery life I reckon, should be even more on electronic shutter, hope this helps you and thanks for the question, I had never tested that before.

@@pictureworldphotography tnx, for you answer, when it comes to long intervals mirrorless geting weak a bit, my Z6 with 2 minutes interval got only 165 shots in 5,5 hours. Looks like idle power consuption is a bit higher if compare to kinda old school cameras

@@MrYadjdf Yeah that is something I haven't tested with long intervals. Forgot to mention in previous answer, I had set the camera to raw plus JPEG.

No problem, only too pleased to help someone with there photography. This method was the quickest and easiest way to get a timelapse done, interval timer shooting requires more work in the computer but will generally give you better results because you can adjust things like exposure, white balance etc. Have fun creating timelapses, thanks for watching.
