Truly a groundbreaking camera for the price...for casual users, and even for pros, I don't see any need for a Z9 level AF imo. I shot with running active kids the other day using my ZF and I'm very very satisfied with the hit rate, couldnt ask for more😊

Loving the Zf so far. Every camera Nikon makes has purpose. I will use a Z9 for it fits my needs very well. Weddings. demanding shoots. sports. but the Zf makes you enjoy photography on a much more personal level. Atleast for me it does. Great camera indeed.

I understand you collecting feeling Vahagn. I have the Zf and want the old noct lens so badly. The 58mm f/1.2. It's just a masterpiece.

13:55 DO IT! 47:18 100% Same here! I unfortunately had to add that clause in my contract. Something in the lines of I will do my best to photograph your wedding, but my way and I am not responsible if guests, vendors, family etc., get in the way, are uncooperative or worse, decide to be art directors that day. Can't tell you how many times I would get "feedback" post wedding asking about why I didn't photograph this or that or why I didn't take a picture of cousin Nacho. Which funny enough, all those years of "feedback" actually has now influenced how I photograph the reception. But for better or for worse, I no longer get such "feedback" thanks to both of these specific details of how I approach weddings now. 47:58 I think I mentioned this before, but on a recent wedding, I MISSED THAT KEY MOMENT no thanks to the videographer team pretty much taking control of the clients, not to mention had an attitude problem acting holier than thou and then setting up three camera set ups in the already crowded room as the clients walked down the aisle. I was furious but nothing some creative cropping couldn't fix. But! Never again will I get caught with my pants down. So I had to spend a few hundred on a 75mm for my Olympus, which is effectively a 150mm on full frame. It's much lighter to carry than the Nikkor 85mm 1.4 D. And I know! Why wasn't I prepared with the 85 1.4 to begin with? Well, I didn't know the video team was gonna set up an entire Hollywood production on top of showing up with a fucking attitude acting like they own the place. 🤣 But yeah, going forward I'm taking the Olympus and 75mm just in case. And to top it off, I didn't get good ring exchange photos either. Needless to say, I hope I never see that video team ever in my life again.
