Best Japanese stir fry vegetables with sliced pork. This is the real one to enjoy with Fresh cooked rice. I have tried hundreds of times to make this Yasai itame recipe. You can enjoy this nutritious vegetables and tasty sliced pork together. Try this onetime! You will repeat everyday!
I am using leftover vegetables in the fridge but I will write the best kind and amount of ingredients below(for me to remind)
What you need for 1dish
〇 Butakoma pork slice 150g
〇Soysauce (preseasoning) 1tsp
〇Sake 1tsp
〇Garlic 1clove (small)
〇 Green pepper 1
〇 Carrots 40g
〇 Bean sprouts 1/2pack
〇 Onion 1/4 cut
〇 Cabbage 1 grab
〇 Wood ear mushrooms little bit
Seasoning sauce
〇 Soysauce 2tbsp
〇 Sake 1tbsp
〇 Oyster sauce 1tbsp
〇 Sugar 1tsp
〇 Black pepper

How to make
1 Preseason to sliced pork and leave 30min.or more
2 Cut vegetables to small size
3 Make mixed seasoning sauce
4 Cook only sliced pork first and remove for once
5 Cook vegetables in order
6 Seasoning sauce at last and quickly mix (about 10sec.)
