Revolving door methode. Hire cheap hungry ones to complete the tour. Some bands are doing that for years. It is a disgusting businesses method for bands who are over the hill quite for some time. Hire for cheap, kick em out, hire next cheap bedroom musician. Sad but true

​@@captainhowdy5525that is exactly the model. I'm friends with one of the ex-members and someone who did some tech work. It's exactly that. Problem is that they are running out of people. A lot of the people in the industry knows, not to mention they have to pay bigger musicians more. It's why one of the members quite and why they get rid of musicians every few years. Not to mention what I've heard about what goes on behind the scenes.
